Ruins

I see a cloud
so old it wants to sail
across the moon and rain.
Where is Eden?
Is there a hammock there?

I tend her garden:
the water, marble
forgetting which runs into which
when she draws the curtain.

Serge,

I give up. How about some hints on this?

Bluejay it is about death. It was written to honor Emily Dickenson. I am going to work on half rhyme. It is one of those poems that might end up taking on my blog. Thank you.

Thank you bluejay, I have had no success getting it published so I turned it into a sevenling and put it in my blog. I really liked this, it was inspired by the poetry of Emily Dickenson. I read her poems all the time.
