blessed is this darkness

Postby andrew. on Tue Apr 01, 2008 3:55 am

in two suns--
bodies mingle
fingertips span the
distance.

suzerain truth, might
and word as one. apotheosis
by the vision, and stored
in every star this memory
of peace and paradox.

of love two sides: one
of them is pain. the other unfolds
beyond our eyes, in soul;
in dream.

and spanning darkness is the
truth, hands warmed, clutching
fatalistic sun;
from this we recognize
dark illimitable, love
as love and star as star.

blessed is this darkness--
so touched.
i wish i could grow a beard.

too deep for me, but there is something about parts of it that hook my thoughts. great beginning on this one. You seem to be on a roll recently. Have another can of Foster's and a sip of gin, post some more. :lol:

I am pretty sure Foster's has ceased to exist...or its name has changed. Anyway, I usually drink Toohey's Extra Dry (Teds) or sometimes Becks...

I don't mind a Gin and Tonic though, and I do loves me some wine.

yes, maybe too deep for me as well, like i am seeing the surface...and all my dreams lie beneath but in this state of wakefulness everything is insubstantial. untouchable.
but in my head i do like the way this one rolls along.
i wish i could grow a beard.
